Latest Update Sintillation is now in the hands of a new team and David and Geraldine Turner are hopefully going to be able to take things a bit easier and I'm sure you will all wish them the best of luck. However we know that there is a lot of concern about what is happening next and what this will mean so please read on and all will hopefully be clarified. Gavin and Julie are now at the helm, with support and guidance from Dave and Gerrie. They have been running a not dissimilar business for the past 6 years so are familiar with the territory and hopefully you shall be in capable hands. The product ranges, stock availability and delivery timescales are the most important issues so we shall deal with them first: Product ranges In General The product ranges have changed with many items removed and many items added. We have created a base new product range of which 99% is immediately available and there is a web site where the products can be viewed and orders placed online. This can be found at www.lingerie-wholesaler.co.uk. This is a starting point and will be added to but it is a very big range of toys and lingerie with over 50% of it familiar lines and allows those of you selling from web sites and catalogues to have a stable starting point of products which should be sustainable thereby reducing your unfulfilled orders. You will be pleased to know that the go to product feature will accept either new codes or the original sintillation product codes where they differ. Many of the ranges discontinued here are still available so if you do get caught out in between updating your storefronts we will probably be able to supply you. Sex Toys A small number of toys have been discontinued but 100s of new lines have been added so there is now even more choice of adult toys. Lingerie Many ranges discontinued and some new ranges added. Cuddly has been reduced in range size and some new plus size items have been added to it and manufacturing has begun to increase stock levels. Leather No change Rubber wear The range continues as it was plus the introduction of small sizes. PVC This range has been replaced whilst we try to arrange for new manufacturing of some of the old range. Bondage The old range remains and many new items have been added Shoes and Boots A smaller range will be retained and new stocks are being made ready for complete stocking by end of the month Prices The prices are still the same apart from a few items which have been reduced. Dropshipping Dropshipping charges are now reduced. Items are sold for the actual trade price and shipping is tiered from £2.85 to £5.55 for the UK. Shipping Services Next day shipping will be possible within a week and the cost is dropped to £7.50. There is an additional service added at £6.50 for those prepared to wait a day or two longer you can choose at the checkout. Catalogues A new catalogue is being prepared it will be a single consolidated book, white label and unpriced. This should become available 3rd week of October. See the website for preview of products Images CD A new images CD will be produced the week ending 14th October and a copy sent to all existing customers.
